Virtual Design
If you like to be more hands on or are looking for a customized design plan that allows you to purchase items on your own timeline instead of all at once, our Virtual Design package may be for you. With the virtual package you are involved with taking photos, measuring, and managing the purchasing as well as the installation of the design. Victoria Lynn Designs will create a customized design look-book for your space that takes into account your style and overall budget. We provide the same level of care and attention to your design, but you manage purchasing and installation on your timeline.

The
Process
01
Initial Contact
After you contact us about your project, we will direct you to a questionnaire that will help us better understand the space you are wanting to remodel, your personal interior aesthetic, and project budget. We want to truly understand your style, so please provide as much info as possible and feel free to include a link to any Pinterest board(s) pertaining to your project.

Payment
We will send you an email for you to purchase the Virtual Design Package based on the number of spaces you are interested in. You will also receive a "How To" guide detailing how to provide detailed measurements and photos of an existing space for the Virtual Design.

Initial Meeting
The goal of this initial meeting is to learn more about your existing space, what is working for you and what's not, and to further discuss your needs and wants for the space in regards to both function and overall look. Here, we will break down the scope of work for the project to ensure we are all on the same page before moving on to the next step in this phase.
Discovery + Payment Phase

Space Documentation
You will take the detailed measurements and photos of your space(s) and send them to us. After we receive this information from you, we will schedule an initial meeting.

Conceptual Presentation
We put together digital presentation to visually walk you through the conceptual design to ensure we're on the same page. The presentation includes anything ranging from mood boards to better convey the aesthetic and a space planning floor plan.
Concept Design Phase

Furniture Plan + Key Elevation(s)
After receiving feedback during the virtual presentation, we move forward with more detailed furniture plan so you can see the furniture plan layout. We will put together any key elevations for hanging decorative accessories such as wall art placement or bookcase styling.

Sourcing
We will source furnishings that align with the design concept, desired function, and overall budget.

Design Look-Book
We put together a digital style look-book to walk you through key items to look for. The look-book will outline all furniture selections as well as the furniture plan and elevation, so that you will know how everything should be placed in the space.
Design Phase

Purchasing + Installation
We will provide links to each item for you to purchase and install at your own pace. If any products are out of stock by the time you are ready to purchase, you can refer to look the look-book for key design element to look for such as "chestnut leather sofa" or "navy blue throw pillow" so. you can easily find an alternative that will match the overall design.

Styling + Personalization
Using the Design Look-Book as a guide for suggestions and inspirational images, you will feel confident to accessorize and style your space. You can use items you already have for a personal touch, or shop for something new that you will love.

Photograph
We love seeing photos of your finished space to see the full transformation of your room with your personal styling and personalization. Please email us any photos once your space is completed.
