Lake Meadows, a 123-unit senior assisted living facility located in Fishers, Indiana, is the first licensed affordable assisted living facility constructed in Hamilton County. Victoria was the lead designer for this project, and her role included selection of finishes, furniture, accessories, construction drawings, renderings, and installation.

For this project, Victoria went with a transitional design as this design style can appeal to the family members touring the facility and the residents that will call this place home. Victoria kept the end user in mind when selecting the furniture, materials, and layouts for each amenity. The seat height and depth along with the inclusion of arms on the chairs make the seating more comfortable for the elderly residents. Furniture groupings have been arranged to encourage community while also allowing space for an individual with a walker or wheelchair to have easy access. The well-being of the end user has been kept in mind throughout the entirety of this project.
