Victoria's role throughout this Plainfield apartment complex development ​encompassed communicating with the architects, clubhouse designers, and construction team on behalf of the owner, reviewing the unit floorpans and making suggested changes, selecting unit finishes, selecting exterior finishes, selecting outdoor furniture, and selecting and installing the model unit furniture and accessories.

To keep with the motto for the complex, which is "Urban Modern Living", Victoria selected finishes such as a cool, light gray for the unit wall color, LVT flooring with complimentary gray tones, and two-toned cabinets complimented by a beautiful gray and blue toned granite countertop. Many of the model units feature furniture and accessories that exude the "urban modern" vibe, such as a live edge coffee table, neutral color schemes, metal accents, and varying wood tones.
