Victoria was brought in to make some changes after the Bloomington property was completed. Her role was to revamp the property by selecting new paint colors for amenity spaces and redesigning the 2-bedroom model unit.

To keep a cohesive look throughout the amenity spaces, Victoria chose to use the same colors the previous designer had selected for the clubhouse. Both the fitness center and movie room received a face lift as they went from white walls that matched the trim and ceiling color to rooms filled with color suitable for the purpose of the space.

Victoria selected new furniture to replace the old, artwork to bring life and color to the once bare walls, and curtains and accessories to bring the look together to enable people to envision themselves living at Bloomington apartments.
